The Constitution Is No Joke” is a new awareness campaign from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Featuring comedian Lewis Black, television host and comedian W. Kamau Bell, and actress and comedian Sasheer Zamata, the campaign reminds audiences that the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution require ongoing vigilance and public engagement.

For more than 100 years, the ACLU has worked through the courts, legislatures, and communities to help defend the constitutional rights and civil liberties of people across the United States. “The Constitution Is No Joke” underscores the organization's enduring commitment to protecting these freedoms and the role individuals play in supporting that work.

Moore provided full creative direction and script development for the campaign bringing the ACLU’s message to life. Additionally, the PSAs are being distributed through PSAdirect by Moore, the industry’s largest earned media distribution platform.
